Child Safety Standards

Last updated: September 1, 2026

PetHive is operated by Zero Gravity Cybernetics Private Limited. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and explains how anyone — user or not — can report a concern to us.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. Then report to us so we can act on the account and content.

1. Zero tolerance

We prohibit, without exception, any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

Violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination, and are reported to the relevant authorities.

2. How we protect minors on PetHive

3. Reporting child-safety concerns

Child-safety reports are acknowledged and acted on with the highest priority.

4. Cooperation with authorities

When we identify or are made aware of CSAM or child exploitation, we preserve the evidence as required, remove it from the service, terminate the accounts involved, and report to the appropriate bodies — including law enforcement and recognized child-protection organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and national hotlines in our operating regions (e.g., the INHOPE network in the EU and the relevant authorities in India). We respond to valid legal requests from law enforcement concerning child safety as a priority.

5. Compliance

These standards are published in accordance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and equivalent app-store requirements. Our designated point of contact for child-safety matters can be reached at info@zgcns.com (subject: "Child Safety").
